Bought an abandoned building and the crew turned it into a gorgeous modern two family in under two months! Sean was about as great of a contractor as you could ask; informed, reasonable, insightful!

Cant recommend Sean and his team enough. He fixed our bathroom ceiling after plumbers had to cut it out to fix a leak - got someone out immediately - on a Saturday even - to take care of it and it came out perfect! We also used him to paint the exterior of our home along with repairing/ replacing damaged clapboards. Our house looks brand new! Super responsive and fair prices! Next up - a new garage :)

Smith Brothers Painting & Contracting was 1 of 4 contractors that had given me a bid to install a 20’ by 20’ deck onto the backside of my house. They were not only the first of the 4 contractors to provide me with their bid, but they were also amongst the lowest of the bids. Sean and his team did an amazing job at installing the new deck onto my house. Sean maintained consistent contact with me throughout the process of obtaining building permits, ordering building materials, and coordinating days and times as to when his crew were going to be onsite doing work for the installation. Each of Sean’s crew members were courteous and respectful not only of my property but also towards my family members who were on most days here at the house during installation. Sean and his crew not only earned a great number of compliments from me on their work performance through each step of the installation process, but they also received highly positive remarks from the building inspector who inspected at certain stages of the installation process. I have grown a great amount of gratitude and respect for Sean and his crew that they have earned my trust in directing any future work towards them that I may have at my house in the future. I already have plans to put an addition on to my house to which I have already appointed Sean and his contracting crew to provide me with an estimate and to perform the work needed when the time comes to add the addition. I couldn’t be any happier with the final product of my deck. I cannot speak enough of the quality of work and the customer service that Smith Brother’s Painting and Contracting gave to me with this deck project!!! Sean and the guys did clean work, quickly, and were friendly and great with communication throughout. I also had a small hiccup with financing and Sean was gracious enough to extend my payment out for a couple of weeks, which is a rarity in my experience with contractors.
